Wet Dream

Conversation while driving to have lunch date with his mom after school.

Amirul : Abah, last nite i had a dream.

Abah : Good dream or nightmare?

Amirul : Good, I was dreaming that it was my birthday and I was in toy wonderland. It had all my toys.

Abah : What toys?

Amirul : Nintendo dsi, Lego, bicycle, you know like those at toys r us. Transformers, those in the boy section.

Then he paused and laugh.

Amirul : Then I woke up.

He paused and giggled once again.

Abah : Yes?

Amirul : I woke up with my air liur (saliva) on the pillow.

Abah : Yucks! You dream about the toys and salivate in your sleep! (we both laughed) Then did you wipe it off the pillow?

He started to laugh once again. Must be the thought of telling me this embarassing thing caused him to be all tickly.

Frankly, I don’t know what else to say to prolong this conversation. Would there be an answer to that? How would one wipe the saliva off the pillow or why would one do it? Usually we would turn the pillow and that was it.

Amirul : Yes.

My God! This kid has an answer to it.

Abah : With your hands?

Amirul : No, with my face. (moved his cheek up and down) I just like that like that on the pillow and then hug the pillow and went back to sleep.

I give up.

Abah : Which pillow is this?
